Here's our story

I'm sure you can already guess that there was a special 4-legged friend who inspired me to start Dapper Dog Provisions. Sure enough, his name was Bandit. Bandit, my foster-fail rescue dog, came to us with a variety of difficult issues including anxiety and severe allergies. I started looking for ways to improve the condition of his skin and overall health. Like many of my other foster dogs over the years, he needed a lot of extra TLC. After lots of research, one thing I discovered was that cheap, toxic ingredients in food and topical products could be negatively effecting his health. 

I set out to help dogs like Bandit and began creating all-natural and organic wellness products. Dapper Dog goods contain beneficial ingredients with a purpose. No junk, no fillers, just the good stuff. All Dapper Dog products are made by hand in small batches right outside of small-town Watertown, Wisconsin. Because of the high quality, natural ingredients, many of our goods are safe and effective for people too! All of our formulas have been tested and approved by my family, friends, and their dogs before being marketed. You will find that the other brands we offer, such as Farm Hounds, have the same vision as we do in offering the best possible.

Sadly, Bandit passed away from cancer before our business launched. As a nod to him, we made him the face of our company where he can be seen looking dapper as ever. So while he watches from the other side of Rainbow Bridge, his sister, Izzie will have to do all of the treat testing.
